Out-of-network:
We can provide super-bills (an insurance accepted receipt) if your insurance is not one of our accepted plans. This allows you to try to be reimbursed by your insurance company at out-of-network rates. As each insurance is different and not all accept super-bills, you are encouraged to contact your insurance provider to check your benefits prior to your first session. Please see FAQ page for further information on super-bills.
Self pay:
Individual sessions:
If you do not have insurance, or prefer not to use your insurance benefits (please refer to the FAQ page for common considerations around this decision), self-pay options are available. Self-pay rates can be reviewed and discussed during an initial consultation.
A limited number of sliding scale spaces are offered each year in order to increase accessibility. Because these spaces are intentionally capped to ensure sustainability of services, they may not always be available. Once all sliding scale spots have been filled, additional reduced-fee options may not reopen until the following calendar year.
For individuals seeking additional financial assistance, external grant and scholarship programs may be available through organizations such as Project HEAL, which provides support for eating disorder treatment access, including funding assistance and insurance navigation services.
Group sessions:
Most group sessions are able to be billed to in-network insurances, otherwise self-pay rates are available as well.
Please see FAQ page for any further questions on Fees.
